What is a 3B ID and why do I need one?
Your 3B ID is a single identity that gives you access to every product in the 3B EcoSystem — Credit Builder, Funding Machine, Media Group, Fleet Commander, and more. One login, one profile, no separate accounts.
Is my 3B ID free?
Yes. Creating your 3B ID is completely free. You only pay when you access specific paid products or services inside the ecosystem.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the 3Boost login page and click "Forgot Password." You'll receive a reset link at your registered email address. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Who owns my data?
You do. 3Boost is a connector layer — it knows where your data lives but doesn't store or sell your personal information. You control access to each product independently.
I purchased a product but can't access it. What do I do?
Make sure you're logged into 3Boost with the same email you used at checkout. If the issue persists, email us at support@bouncebackbrian.com with your order confirmation and we'll get it resolved.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Log into your 3Boost dashboard, go to Subscriptions, and click Manage next to the product. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Which products are currently live?
Media Group, Credit Builder, Funding Machine, and Fleet Commander are all live. Remember (digital memorial platform) is in active development.
